Frequently asked questions
Does the app work without internet?
Yes. Every calculator runs fully offline. There is no login and no signal required — it's built for basements and dead-zone job sites. The one exception is the optional Shop tab, which needs a connection to show product photos and open store pages; everything else works with zero signal.
Which code edition does it use?
2023 NEC and 2025 CEC references. Always confirm against the edition adopted in your jurisdiction and any local amendments.
Where are my projects and jobs saved?
On your device only. Nothing is uploaded. If you delete the app, that data is removed and cannot be recovered, so export or note anything important first.
Is this a substitute for a licensed electrician or the AHJ?
No. BendRight Pro is a professional aid. Final decisions rest with a licensed electrician and the authority having jurisdiction. Always verify against the current code.
I think a result is wrong.
We take the math seriously — it's the whole point of the app. Email the tab name, your exact inputs, and the value you expected. Every report is checked against the code and the calculation engine.
Will there be an Android version?
It's on the roadmap. If you'd use it, let us know — demand moves it up the list.
Is my data sold or tracked?
No. The app collects nothing and contains no analytics or ads. The Shop tab loads product photos from the manufacturers’ own websites and opens store pages in your browser — standard content requests that carry no personal data. See the Privacy Policy.
